1 Pound of Ground Beef
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Bell Pepper, Chopped (optional)
2 Cloves of Minced Garlic a spoonful from a jar
2 Cups of Sauce
1¾ Cup of Beef Broth or Water as needed
1 14.5oz. Can of Diced Tomatoes
1½ Teaspoons of Italian Seasoning
Salt/pepper to taste
1½ Cups of Elbow Noodles
½ Cup of Chedder or Mozzarella Cheese
Step 1:
Cook ground beef, onion, pepper, and garlic over medium heat until meat is fully cooked
Step 2:
Add seasoning and cook 2 minutes longer
Step 3:
Add in the rest of the ingredients except noodles and cheese, simmer for 5 minutes
Step 4:
Add in the noodles and cook and additional 15 minutes or until desired consistency
Step 5:
Stir in cheese
