Dough:
You can use the pizza dough recipe or purchase pre-made sauce
Filling:
You can make the sauce recipe or purchase from the store
Shredded cheese
Filings of your choice
Step 1:
Place filing on one side of rolled dough (should be rolled out to the size of a large plate
Step 2:
Fold the half without the the filling over and crimp the edge
Step 3:
Cut 2-3 air vents into the top of the calzone and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Step 3:
Brush with olive oil and bake at 425° for about 15 minutes or until fully cooked and gbd(golden brown delicious)
